How to propagate assignment changes to all future date effective records when historical change
Summary:
Currently when an assignment is updated and if there is a future date effective row, the update is inserted in between and the changes do not propagate to future rows, in EBS we used to have an ability to either insert or replace, where replace would promote the changes to future dated rows as well.
