Discount with quantity limit

Summary:

Does Cloud Fusion allow us to create a discount with a quantity limit?

For example:

We have an item APPLE. Then we want customer A to have a discount when they buy 10 quantities of APPLE with different orders.

Price of APPLE = 10USD

After discount = 8USD

Order 1 = A buy 5quantities = 8x5 = 40USD

Order2 = A buy 3quantities = 8x3 =24USD

Order3 = A buy 2quantities =8x2 = 16USD

Order4 = A buy 5quantities = 10x5 = 50USD (Return to 10USD with each price)

Is it possible to set it in Oracle Fusion Cloud?
