Store pdf invoices on contract

Summary:

Our business requirement is to allow contract administrators to be able to download receivable invoices pdf of the invoices of their contrac. How can we allow them to see these pdf?

In the financial summary we can see the invoices list but I did not see a way to see the image.

For our role matrix, the contract administrator does not have access to contract invoices page.
