Need to configure NIR Approval based on different user roll created refereing item class

Summary:

Need to configure NIR Approval based on User Role and item class combination. (NIR Approver - Medialclass Item, NIR Approver - Stationary class Item) . For each item class there are different set of approvers the business does not want to create approval group with the approver email ids, rather they want approvals to be configured based on Roles.
