Conditional format does not work in the report designed in Publisher

Hi,

I have a report prepared from the forms that employees will sign when they start work.The forms are designed with Publisher and the report runs with a parameter containing the names of these forms,For this, we wrote a condition in Publisher.

For ex:

We want all forms to be displayed when 'ALL' is selected from the parameter, or form A when form ds 'A' is selected. NOTE: We designed each form as a new page.However, if form A in the example is on the 5th page of the template, when I query it from the parameter, the first 4 pages come up blank. But I only want the form I selected to appear as 1 page.
