My Client Dashboard - cannot access the same reports in prod as in test

We have an user who is meant to have access to multiple HR reports on their client dashboard, and that's the case in the test environment. However, in prod they cannot see the full list on their dashboard.

They can access the missing reports from its link, making me think it's not an issue with their access rights.

I've compared the roles in both environments and the only thing that came up is that she has the below role in test but not in prod. However, this is also the case for other users and no one else seems to be impacted:
