Web Clock - Generate Time Attributes for Reporting; recording location

Couple of questions around Web Clock

1.

Attempting to publish a sandbox, with Web Clock settings enabled. However, receiving a Warning pop-up message when clicking on publish that states: "Following flexfield(s) need to be deployed inside [sandbox name]: 1. Generate Time Attributes for Reporting."

Is anyone able to provide advice on how to Generate Time Attributes for Reporting

Web Clock Layout has been configured to appear with four button available to employee: Clock in; Start of Lunch; Return from Lunch; Clock Out. (screenshot below)

Ideally would also like to include an option on this page that allowed recording of a location from a list e.g. London Office; External Site; Working From Home. This would not be using the GPS Locator that I'm aware is available functionality, but instead just a few options.
