How to Receive Purchase Orders as Packed Unit of Boxes/Cartoons of Items

Requirement to Receive Purchase Orders as Packed Unit of Boxes/Cartoons of Items without using WMS

We have a requirement to receive Purchase Orders with Packing Units like Cartoon of 5 Boxes. Business doesn't manufacture any of these Items, Items are just procured and then shipped against to the Customer.

But, while receiving the PO, I don't see any Option to capture Packing Unit

Please suggest an option to receive the Items in Packed Units in Inventory Cloud without using WMS
