Compensatory Plan cannot be used concurrently with qualification Plan
Summary:
When a Compensatory plan is used for Absence, the FMLA qualification plan needs to be reduced. However, we cannot add the qualification plan to the Compensatory plan as concurrent. I see this is a product limitation.
I would like to know if anyone else has found another workaround. Currently, we are entering two separate absence entries one for the compensatory plan and one for the qualification plan.
