We had an initiative in which we enrolled people on the hire date and put a future-dated entry on the person's record to remind them about completing the course next year. Now our HR rep changed the analysis that had a condition of a 14-day reminder before the due date. Now suddenly the system is withdrawing people from the initiative and marking them completed. so it shows enrolled on the due date and marked as withdrawn and completed the same day.
