Receiving restrictions at batch level , is it possible?

Summary:

My shipment details has the batch number (BAT_A). If the user try to receive the batch number (BAT_B) then, is there any way to show the prompt like the batch is not part of the shipment (For ex : rcv-sku-not-on-shpmnt )
