Hello!

A few months ago I was trying to change my OS to Ubuntu on a cloud server and it didnt let me, so I deleted it in the hopes to create a fresh server that's on ubuntu. after a couple of months of not being able to create one because there were never any available I then tried to change my tennancy to another region to make a server there. that didnt work and now my tennancy has been deleted and now my account has little to no function, I cant access anything and my whole experience here has
