Data Exchange Integration - Map one source coulumn to multiple

Summary:

I am loading data from HCM to Workforce: AS seen below, I want to map Assignment Start Date to OWP_Start Date (employee Start Date), OWP Start Month (Employee Start Month).

Source Expression, allows me to Assignment Start Date only once, any advice on how I could use same source field - Assignment Start Date twice will be very helpful.
