(PER-1531051) Error when I try to convert Pending Worker to Employee

Hi Community,

I want to convert pending worker to employee but the next error is appearing:

The current assignment information shows "Proposed Person Type" = XXXX but I want to make the convert with Person Type = BECA (custom value).

However, when I try to do the manually convert, the PER-1531051 error doesn´t let me continue with the process.

Can anybody help me?
