can we make item attribute internally transferable not affect transfer order enabled attribute , because the current behavior now if we make attribute "Internally Transferable" disabled automatic this attribute "Transfer ordered enabled" disabled automatic.

because i need to create transfer order directly for items and don't need to request it in internally requisition
