IT team should be able to add Read/Write Permissions to Calendar.


STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Complete the instructions outlined in 23D_ORC_Integration_with_Office365_V2.pdf

2. On Page 7, Step 21 the internal team is unable to add the Read/Write permissions to the designated Calendar.


Due to this issue, users cannot complete the Office 365 integration instructions.
