Can we restrict User to transfer asset between depreciation expense account with different BSV?

Summary:

We have a requirement where the user should only be able to transfer an asset between the depreciation expense account combination with the same balancing segment value and if the user is trying to transfer an asset to any depreciation expense account combination which has a different balancing segment value than the existing one then in this case system shouldn't allow the same.
