How to customize column naming in forms 2.0?

Hello, our client came today with a new requirement, as an Oracle product manager told him it would be possible to "customize the column naming in forms 2.0". The client feels that the technical column overhead in their data forms is not user friendly enough and instead of showing 5 dimension that specify the POV for each column, they want to have one descriptive row of information that describe each column.
