Absence Entry Validation formula to restrict employees for applying leave.

Hi,

Can anyone provide sample fast formula for this requirement:

1.First time in 8 weeks- IF employee take 1 or 2 days - No attachment required.                         

2.Second Time in 8 weeks- 1 or 2 days- No attachment required.                                      

3.Third Time in 8 weeks - whether is 1 or 2 days - the attachment should be mandatory.                  

If the first time or second time in the 8 weeks employee attach the sick note the 8 weeks should start again when employee take sick leave.
