Unable to Send email notificaton to approvers

Unable to Send email notificaton to approvers for PPM approval tasks.

Hi Team,

As per requirement,i need both Inapp notifications and Email notification to all approvers in the approval hirerachy.

Inapp notifications are able to see under bell icon, But mails notification are not able to sent to approvers.

Under Admin tab of BPM. Notfication Mode is set to ALL.


Please advise if any missng config.
