Project Status Change History tracking table

Hello All,

We have a requirement where client wants incremental run of the report to have all the project where explicitly status is updated to be extracted in the runs. For that we are searching for a table which is capturing only project status related updates as the main table update date modifies when any update is done for the project.We have a different section in front end as shown in the following screen shot for storing the status update history.Please help us with table details for the same.
