How to consume PDSC Inventory

Summary:

I have same question (PDSC - Project Driven Supply CHain): At time of transfer receipt and delivery , cost is imported to projects and project wise stock is created in inventory. Now we want to consume the material, We will create a transfer order issue, what system do , it send negative expenditure lines. The positive and negative expenditure lines with same amount with nullify the impact.  My question is how to issue out of project specific inventory to location without sending lines to project modul
