Does anyone have the details on how the Skills Settings are actually used?
Summary:
We have a few questions on how the Skills Settings are actually used by the system:
- What does "automatically confirmed" mean? How do we know if a skill is confirmed? What does that do when it comes to other areas of HCM using this skill (Learning, Grow, etc.)?
- If we are using the default settings and an employee rates himself as a "Low" but their manager rates him as a "Medium", will this "confirm" the skill at a Medium level or at the level the employee rated himself at?
- Not directly tied to Skills Settings, but why can someone endorse an employee's skill that hasn't been attained yet?
