Costing Batch Output Size Significance

Hello Team,


Can you please help us with a business usecase where 'Costing Batch Output Size' is used. Our understanding is that a ratio of 'Costing Batch Output Size' and 'Batch Quantity' will be used by the Cost Rollup engine to rollup costs.


However, in what cases can these two be different. ?
