Is it possible to Approve eLeanings items if you don't receive the Approval notification??

Summary:

When you activate the Approval rule "Learning Item Contribution" the published content must be approved to be posted. The approver receive a notification where can see/approve or reject the published content in pending status.

If a leaning administrator who haven't receive the notification wants to approve the elearning item, there is no way to see the content or approve.
