Show new field on Identification info only for ESS users

We want to create a deep link to DOR on the Employee identification info page. But the same page is used by both ESS and HR users . we want to show the deep link only for ESS users using an EL expression. we tried #{HcmFusePlusBean.userPersonId eq pageFlowScope.PersonId} but pagescope flow parameters is not working on the page. please let us know if anyone has any thoughts or inputs to achieve this.
