Import zip/pin codes for Zones (Transit Time)

Summary:

Our client wants to get the schedule arrival date calculated on the sales order based on the transit time. Currently, they have their calculated value for transit time between the warehouse (ship from) to the customer location zip/pin codes.

As per our understanding in oracle, we can configure zones and assign the zip/pin codes, to define transit time between warehouse and customer zones (pin/zip codes). The challenge is that there are 1000+ zip codes and we need to do the configuration and assign the zip codes manually to create zones.

We would like to know if there is a way to mass create zones with pin codes, may be using some import utility ??
