Impairment Post Failed

Summary:

Hello,

I created an impairment in the Jan-24 assets period at CGU level with 3 assets which all work fine.

Then closed Jan-24 and opened Feb-24 where I added a new asset and attached to the same CGU.

I then went and updated the allocation but the Impairment now ends in status Post Failed.

I am unable to edit it as well as I keep on getting the following error that I need to enter the impairment in an open period.

You must enter a date for the Impairment Date attribute that's within the current open period. (FA-645734)

What could be wrong?
