How to disable a facility

Summary:

We have a customer that would like to change the design of the current warehouse and remove one of the facilities. Is there a process to follow for this or can we just move out all of the inventory and disable it for WMS?

Warehouse is 200K sqft and currently is split into 2 facilities. Customer should be using Zones and would like to disable one of the facilities to avid transfers in the system.
