Security Concerns about Oracle Cloud Learning Integration with Teams

Hi - we're implementing Oracle Learn Cloud at a state agency for the state courts/judicial system. Our security folks are very concerned about what the account associated with the Administrator User Name listed in the setup will allow Teams "to do". Specifically they have these questions:

1. What does the account do for the program, specifically? 
   1. This needs to be documented for internal reference
   2. This will change what the name of the account is
2. What administrative access does the account need, if any?
   1. This needs to be documented for internal reference
   2. The documentation references administrative access, but does not define what level is needed.
