How to track the nesting related changes made to security groups in FCCS?

Summary: I had a security group that was nested under another security group. Today I dont see the nesting. I am trying to find out who removed this nesting of groups. I explored all the possible option under Audit but did not find what I was looking for. Does FCCS log this information anywhere?
