Workaround to schedule data loads in ARCS application

Hello EPM Guru's!!

Is there any workaround to schedule data loads in ARCS application? We have a use case to schedule the data loads in Linux servers for GL & Subledger data loads.

FYI, I know we can schedule jobs using epm automate but my question is when data source is ERP (custom) i.e., we get AR/AP data in form of BIP reports how can you manage periods in epm automate script should the user update the script every month?
