We have got a CPA integration between our contract management system and Oracle ERP. Currently it uses a hardcoded user as the Default Buyer when launching "Import Contract Agreements" in Oracle ERP. We would like the integration program to check the default Buyer setup in Setup and Maintenance -> Configure Procurement Business Function instead.

We can see that the default Buyer id is stored in the default_buyer_id field in the po_system_parameters_all table.
