Whether can we don't change duration but Planned Startdate when we change Planned Finishdate or not?

Summary:

Do you know whether can we don't change duration but Planned Startdate when we change Planned Finishdate or not?

We apply Fixed Duration Projects as schedule type and set task dependencies in PEM.

Now, if we change Planned Fisnish Date, Duration is change like the following screenshot.

But we would like Planned Start Date to change when we change Finish Date.

Is there the way to do it?
