Edit disability information

Currently in order to amend disability information within the personal details page, the user would need to click the Country hyperlink. In our case that is 'United Kingdom'. Users find this confusing and in some cases are unaware how to amend the details. Therefore, we have had a request to amend the edit function from Country field to simply show 'Edit Disability'. Is this possible with page composer using expression builder? Or is it best to add text?
