Summary:

After enabling the Redwood Talent Review pages, on the Prepare Review Content page for managers there is an option to add comments for each rating. What is the purpose of these comments and where do they go? They do not appear to be reportable within OTBI in Workforce Talent Review - Talent Review Meeting Real Time subject area, so what is Oracle's intention with adding these and how should we be using it if they are not reportable? Where else do they appear in HCM?
