Has anyone had an issue with updating the absence plan enrollment end dates?
Recently, we have come across an issue with updating the absence plan enrollment end dates after updating a termination date. Previously we could remove the enrollment end date and then run the accrual out to the new termination date. However, whenever you try to do this now, the system withdraws the accruals to the year before and won't let us push out the accrual to the new term date.
The work around is reversing the termination, making the changes to the plans and then adding the term back. Previously we were able to do this without reversing the term. Having to reverse the term for this isn't efficient as the employee's record could feed downstream as active again.
