How to expand the section(Approval Delegation) by default under the Role delegation Page.

Hello,

We have a requirement that the 'Approval Delegation' section needs to be expanded by default, without the need to click on the Expand button. Navigation for the section is Me=>Roles and Delegation=> Approval Delegation. Can we made this changes through Page Composer? If yes kindly suggest steps for the same.
