DOR entry is loaded with Date_FROM blank - DOR Extract

We are trying to create an entry in DOR using DOR extract. We are successful in loading the DOR entry. We are passing Date_FROM and other attribute value dynamically in the delivery options. However, DATE_FROM value is loading blank in the DOR entry.
