Unable to see Business Unit as Resource Format in Resource Breakdown Structure

There is a requirement to define the Planning and Resource breakdown structure (PRBS) for the combination of Business Unit, Organization and Job but we are unable to see Business Unit in Resource Format in PRBS.

Is there a way to define the PRBS for the combination of Business Unit, Organization and Job.
