Can anyone help me with how to retrieve Enterprise Start Date from Workers REST API?

We have a requirement to fetch Enterprise Start Date for an employee using REST API. We tried using the Workers API but not able to see Enterprise Start Date in the API Response.

I am attaching screenshot of the field on UI for reference:
