Changing course status from Completed to Incomplete

Summary:

I saw some older posts on this question, with no solution. Has anyone found a way via Bulk Loader, or another method, to reset individuals if they need to retake a course in Learn? I am looking to take the complete and change it back to incomplete. Thanks!
