In RMCS, how can users track contract changes?
The Revenue Management Work Area is giving access to the "Manage Customer Contracts" page. Using the page, users can view and edit the contracts. Currently, there is no way to separate out the functionality. However, is there a way in Oracle to track contract changes made by users such as the fields that were changed, the user that made the changes, date/time stamp, and etc.
Ideally, would like for the users to see all the changes that were made to any contracts.
