I see we can create Data Securities using productManagementDataSecurities end point but unable to find an option uncheck the Public flag?

Could see Secure Object - "/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/productManagementDataSecurities/action/secureObject" but from the path it looks incorrect?
