Can't select expenditure type when defining Labor Schedules

Summary:

Assigned Labor Distribution Manager, Administrator and Accountant roles with data access and when defining the Labor Schedules at the assignment level using projects, we can see project, task, award, and expenditure orgs in the list of values but not expenditure types. We can see the list of values when defining Manage Pay Element Expenditure Type Derivation. Is there any setup needed to enable expenditure types in Labor Schedules?
