Is there a possible way to change context code for absence recording DFF

edited Mar 1, 2024 4:58AM in Workforce Management 4 comments

Summary:

We have a requirement to make the context sensitive DFF on absence recording to be hidden instead of list of values. I understand that it requires to sync absence_type_id in context code, however the DFF is already setup since years and now it has to be changed. There are transactions and data attached to the DFF. So, is there a way we can update it to be absence_type_id through backend or any other alternate way?

I understand once the DFF is set and there is data tagged to segments this cannot be changed, however looking for options if someone has tried.

Howdy, Stranger!
