Configure search in HCM based on position title

Hi,


We would like to configure employee search based on the position title in the HCM application. Currently, it is using job title (Public profile, quick search bar) in some places and position title in organization chart. Client wants to synchronize the search based on position title.


Can someone help with the configuration details on this? Is this feasible?
