EDMCS subscription request stopped because of the skipped rows

Summary:

Subscription request stopped in draft status and in the request file rows are skipped with a message below.

"Row skipped because the insert action would create a branch where the node is a sibling off itself"

What does the message mean? And does anyone know the condition when the message appears?
