Where to setup DFF for Project Organization and Project Expenditure Organization

While setting up SLA's for Project Foundation and Project Costing , we found the source field include flexfield attributes for Project Organization and Project Expenditure Organization like Project Organization Descriptive Flexfield Date Attribute 1 , Expenditure Organization Descriptive Flexfield Attribute 1 etc and many more such related sources.

However , we are unable to find any setup where we can define these sources and enable user to enter value for these flexfields.

Where do we setup the DFF for Project Organization and Project Expenditure Organization ?
