Can "Working hours" decimals displayed/saved be changed?

Summary:

Currently HCM "Working hours" has rounding to 3 decimals. Business process requirement is to have the value rounded and saved to 2 decimals.

Has some profile option or setting introduced for having desired rounding? For example if in future there would be need to have working hours rounded to 4 decimals.

I looked through CC information and similar questions were asked about FTE field.
